Grape varieties: Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah
Deep cherry red in colour. It is complex on the nose with balsamic notes, hints of chocolate, coffee, toffee and mild spices. On the palate it is deep, intense and well rounded, fresh and balsamic with great fruit. This wine possesses great structure with a smooth long and persistent finish. Good match with roast meats, red meats, game and medium to cured cheeses. We recommend the decanting and airing for one hour to best appreciate this wine.

欧美塔酒庄位于Jumilla地区，是西班牙最著名的葡萄酒产区之一。Jumilla产区以其独特的古老酒庄闻名，生产高质量优质葡萄酒。欧美塔酒庄拥有120公顷葡萄园，位于”El Carche”山脚下高度为700米-850米），主要在该山的北部。山上贫瘠，干旱的土壤正好是种植葡萄的理想之地，除了地方葡萄品种 Monastrel,Tempranillo,还有国际性葡萄品种赤霞珠等。欧美塔酒庄运用最现代的酿酒技术和最好的设备，包括准确运用酿酒技术，控制准确的温度，用法国和美国混合的新橡木桶陈年，从而生产出高质量的葡萄酒。
欧美塔酒庄的葡萄酒已经得到了全世界的认可并多次获得国际葡萄酒奖项。罗伯特派客在2001年6月出版的葡萄酒杂志（Wine Advocate）上给欧美塔2001年的干红葡萄酒90分，并这样评价“…对于这个价格，这瓶酒可以说是个奇迹….”
Casa de la Ermita is situated on the Jumilla appellation, one of the most well known viticultural regions in Spain. Jumilla is noted for its particularly old vineyards, producing xceptionally high quality wines. The 120 hectare vineyard is situated at a high altitude (700m – 850m) at the foot of the “El Carche” mountain and is exposed predominantly to the North. The poor, arid soils, ideal for growing vines, welcome a variety of local grapes (Monastrel, Tempranillo) together with international varieties such as Cabernet. Casa de la Ermita’s talented oenologist uses the newest wine making techniques and the best machinery available to ensure a consistently high level of production. Vinifcation is carefully monitored, temperatures are controlled and the wine aged in both French and American new oak barrels.
Casa de la Ermita’s wines have been recognized by critics from around the globe and have received many international wine awards. Robert M. Parker Jr. gave Casa de la Ermita 90 points on June 2001’s issue of Wine Advocate saying “... it is an amazing offering for the price...”.

4.四级庄庄主，在团购价格的基础上，再享受9.5折扣。
5.五级庄庄主，在团购价格的基础上，再享受9.8折扣。
6.五级庄以下会员，暂时没有折扣。
折扣幅度定期会发生变化，请会员们留意。
工作人员会和各位庄主同学确认折扣后的团购价格。

二. 货物送配
1. 目前团购活动暂时只接受上海地区会员的6瓶以内的订单；外地会员如有6瓶(含6瓶)以上的需求，可以下单，工作人员会和你联系。
2. 上海地区会员指定地铁站取货（内环以内地铁站）
会员可以指定在内环以内的地铁站取货，工作人员先和你确定取货时间和货物数量、金额，然后会在指定时间和指定地铁站出口等待会员。美食记不收取会员物流费用。目前美食记只在周六、周日或者节假日送货。
3. 会员上门取货
自提地址：高安路近淮海中路(1号线衡山路站，10号线图书馆站）。工作人员会确认具体取货时间和地点。
4. 送货上门
根据距离的远近和货物的数量，收取一定的费用，工作人员会和会员确认物流费用和送货时间等。
