    2006 托布雷酒园老藤GSM红葡萄酒 Old Vine Grenache Mourvèdre Shiraz

    葡萄品种（VARIETAL）: 47% Grenache, 47% Mourvèdre & 6% Shiraz
    产区（REGIONS）: North Western Barossa Valley
    采摘时期（HARVEST）: April and May 2006
    酒精度（ALCOHOL）: 14.5% Alc/Vol

    酒评：新鲜水果,茴香香料,强烈的与成熟红色霉果,微妙的橡木混合;柔顺丹宁酸丰富且柔和而持久。

     

    Sourced from the undulating red earths of the western Barossa Valley, this
    hearty red blend encompasses all of the rich, ripe, savoury flavours for
    which the Barossa is famed.
    Deep garnet red with flickers of purple, the wines high-toned aromas of
    black cherries, five spice, crème de cassis and spring flowers are supported
    by a rich core of roasted earth, liquorice, saddle leather and Proven?al
    herbs. Almost ‘Burgundian’ in style, the palate offers a soft latent richness
    and silken-like texture with subtle notes of crushed cherries, dorris plum and
    earth - all neatly wound by a taught spine of acidity and ripe supple tannins.
    Although very enjoyable already the 2006 Grenache / Mourvèdre / Shiraz
    will continue to flourish over the next 4-5 years.

    FERMENTATION:
    Like all wines in the Torbreck stable, the fruit is sourced from hand
    harvested and hand tended plots throughout the North Western Barossa
    Valley. It is fermented in our cement, wooden and inox vats for 6-7 days
    and then basket pressed to well seasoned hogsheads and French oak
    foudres for 12 months. It is bottled without the use of either fining or
    filtration.

    二. 货物送配 
    1. 目前团购活动暂时只接受上海地区会员的6瓶以内的订单；外地会员如有6瓶(含6瓶)以上的需求，可以下单，工作人员会和你联系。 
    2. 上海地区会员指定地铁站取货（内环以内地铁站） 
    会员可以指定在内环以内的地铁站取货，工作人员先和你确定取货时间和货物数量、金额，然后会在指定时间和指定地铁站出口等待会员。美食记不收取会员物流费用。目前美食记只在周六、周日或者节假日送货。 
    3. 会员上门取货 
    自提地址：高安路近淮海中路(1号线衡山路站，10号线图书馆站）。工作人员会确认具体取货时间和地点。 
    4. 送货上门 
    根据距离的远近和货物的数量，收取一定的费用，工作人员会和会员确认物流费用和送货时间等。
