Schloss Vollrads, one of the world’s oldest Wine Estates, Ancient records show that the highly valued Vollrads’ wines enjoyed great popularity as long ago as the Middle Ages; wine sales documented as early as 1211 and ever since.

The winery uses ecological methods and harvests the grapes late and by hand. This Riesling has an exotic bouquet of mango, peach and ripe apple and has noticeable, natural residual sugar. You can enjoy this wine to accompany food, with friends, or simply by yourself to unwind.
This wine is an ideal accompaniment to Asian spices such as curry, ginger, or lemon grass. It has perfect balance of acidity and natural sweetness and has the right characteristics to stand up to such exciting dishes.
此款雷司令散发着异国情调的芒果、桃子和成熟苹果味，亦含有引人注目的自然的糖分。与诸如咖喱、生姜或柠檬才的亚洲香料完美搭配。酸度平衡，甜度自然，拥有将此等食物衬托至极致的完美个性。
The label “Volratz 1573” shows the oldest picture of Schloss Vollrads in a painting dated 1573 – at that time written as “Volratz”.
The wine and the label shows the deep relationship to the traditional style of winemaking which has been practised at Schloss Vollrads since the early middle ages.
The “Volratz 1573” is a refreshing, dry Rheingau Riesling with a crisp and mineral character showing fruits of apricots and peaches.
We recommend this wine for every day enjoyment, barbecue, chicken and salad.

1.一级庄庄主，在团购价格的基础上，再享受8.5折扣。
2.二级庄庄主，在团购价格的基础上，再享受9.0折扣。
3.三级庄庄主，在团购价格的基础上，再享受9.2折扣。
4.四级庄庄主，在团购价格的基础上，再享受9.5折扣。
5.五级庄庄主，在团购价格的基础上，再享受9.8折扣。
6.五级庄以下会员，暂时没有折扣。
折扣幅度定期会发生变化，请会员们留意。
工作人员会和各位庄主同学确认折扣后的团购价格。
所有参加团购的会员都会获得和支付金额相等的积分哦。
二. 货物送配
1. 目前团购活动暂时只接受上海地区会员的6瓶以内的订单；外地会员如有6瓶(含6瓶)以上的需求，可以下单，工作人员会和你联系。
2. 上海地区会员指定地铁站取货（内环以内地铁站）
会员可以指定在内环以内的地铁站取货，工作人员先和你确定取货时间和货物数量、金额，然后会在指定时间和指定地铁站出口等待会员。美食记不收取会员物流费用。目前美食记只在周六、周日或者节假日送货。
3. 会员上门取货
自提地址：高安路近淮海中路(1号线衡山路站，10号线图书馆站）。工作人员会确认具体取货时间和地点。
4. 送货上门
根据距离的远近和货物的数量，收取一定的费用，工作人员会和会员确认物流费用和送货时间等。
